Blayne is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oregon specializing in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. His career has spanned land development consulting, power transmission consulting, and consulting for small municipalities in the state of Oregon. He has worked on projects that include schools, high density apartment complexes, athletic facilities, bike and pedestrian infrastructure including ADA design, business complexes, industrial complexes, high-voltage substations, and water treatment plants. In these projects he was responsible for the civil design of water distribution and sanitary sewer systems, grading, drainage design and stormwater modeling, site layout and design, and erosion control design. In addition, he is an experienced leader, managing teams of engineers through project inception, issuing construction and permitting documents, to construction completion and project closeout.
